London lifestyle & travels with kids and babies

London and around spring equinox

First day of spring equinox this week-end but weather still undecided. So we ended up with 3 lovely playdates, 1 fun half day at V&A including a pop up show and one wonderful day out at Willows activity farm.

Curtain Up, celebrating 40 years of theatre in London and New York kept us entertained for a couple of hours. Room 104, with the usual 11am pop up show for little ones / families.ย

Warmly recommending the exhibition, on until 31st August 2016. Thereafter sushi on the menu again, this time Dozo, on Old Brompton road. No highchairs but rather Japanese sit down setting, good sushi but nothing to write home about โ€“ weโ€™ve been too spoilt at Sticks & Sushi and Kiru, no doubt.

Willows Farm is buzzing with activities and Easter fun.

We ran around, glued to carousel for 30 minutes on two occasions, fed the goats and the donkey, put out a fire, milked a cow, jumped up and down playgrounds, rode tractors, slides, bouncy castles, watched the Scarecrow show with the hen, giant rabbit and Shetland pony, nice lunch, cuddled the Easter bunny, went mental on the soft play area, cooked in the little houses and assessed the crops and the fruit. We left at 4pm without a nap and a toddler overexcited and biggest crocodile tears weโ€™ve seen in a long time.

50 minutes drive from Kensington and next to St Alban, Willows activity farm has been one amazing day out, even with a 39 weeks bump ๐Ÿ™‚ ย Easter extravaganza on, so also chocolate eggs, bunnies, baby lambs & more Easter fun !

Disclosure: Many thanks to the Willows activity farm for complimentary passes. Views, photos & 39 weeks pregnancy hormones above my own.
