Father Christmas at the Hall in a nutshell? A classic old favourite of ours at the Royal Albert Hall and must see in December in London with kids!
A Victorian doorkeeper and an Elf guided us through the Hall secrets.
We got to go to Box number 3 to gather clues; thereafter explored Henry Cole room to design our own crowns with gems; thereafter arrived to the Royal Retiring Room. Once we solved the puzzle, the doorkeeper handed us keys.
And once we got the keys, there were brownies, juice, mulled wine, cards to be coloured and scribbled. And Father Christmas at the Hall awaits in a very cute grotto, we had the chance to chat and even got a present!
Sweet and intimate, it’s the perfect way to introduce little ones to the fascinating Royal Albert Hall and let them enjoy interactively the magic of the Hall & the season. For more Christmas loveliness happening in London head here.
Also at the Hall, magic and festive and family friendly, the Nutcracker is coming back in its full glory. We were priveledged to wrap up 2017 in glory with Birmingham Royal Ballet and also wrote about it in here. A 3 generations treat recommended for kids starting 4 years old and above! PS: Many thanks to Royal Albert Hall for the press tickets and a great fun morning with Father Christmas at the Hall. Fellow parents – very few slots remaining, booking early recommended!

Haha Catherine, pleasure to link in as usual! And indeed RAH is splendid place to see Father Christmas 😉
