Best beach clubs Paros and Antiparos

From the laid back chic Soros Beach Club on Antiparos, to the tranquillity of Santa Maria, and party vibes of Crios, whether you favour beach bars with loud music like Punda Beach, zen sunsets by Zazala, cute golfs with exquisite food like Faragas or bays with exquisite restaurants like Arodo or a nearby shady beachside taverna like Christiana, here are the best beach clubs in Paros and Antiparos we enjoyed over 3 years trips : sandy spots, restaurants, bars, chill out and party places for all tastes.

Paros party highlights sit surely by Naoussa amidst lots of wining, dining, drinking, dancing, with crowds from all over the world, dare I say even more fun loving than Mykonos ?! There are cafe-bars, lounge bars, sunset restaurants, bars with live music, dance clubs; classical, jazz, blues to mainstream, rock and traditional Greek, one can truly have it all!

Sunset in Naoussa, Paros

Sunset in Naoussa, Paros

1. The cosmopolitan village of Naoussa will dazzle you with options! Barbarossa is the institution we love over the years: 2 years ago with kids in tow we had the 8pm seating, gorgeous for sunset. In 2025, the grownups session started at 11am and ended up late into 3am, tones of dancing and celebrations. Opa! Historically we also loved  The Deck for sunset and sophisticated dinner by Chef Yiannis Lucacos, sitting above the pretty beach gulf of Naoussa – in 2025 it’s been closed; Barbarossa Bar for drinks, dinner and dancing by the sea or check-out Agosta; Safran for Greek island cuisine by whitewashed cobbled streets with vibrant flowers; Stilvi for dinner with a twist from Chef Ioannis Parikos within the cutest courtyard. Moraitis used to be glorious for local wines winetasting; now closed as well but you’ll be able to find their wines in most of these restaurants.

2. A short 10 minutes drive from Naoussa, ASPRO Seaside is great for lunches, aperol by the sea or beach bar with full facilities, kids and friends all agreed. There is small sandy beach and nearby fishing boats and some more delicious fish taverns; ultimately, Ambelas is a good break from the crowds and business of  Naoussa.

A further 3 minutes walk from Aspro, there is Christiana, a cute ouzo tavern by the sea and nearby its little unserviced little gulf. And whilst one may ove the unspoilt nature,  crystal clear sea and gorgeous views to Naxos, we were rather baffled by the trash randomly present and how unkept Paros unserviced beaches are! One truly best stick to Paros beach clubs and beach bars, we have briefly concluded in our first day and talking to friends.

3. Friends raved about SANTA MARIA beach and Little Santa Maria on the north-east coast of Paros : powdery sand, crystal sea, windsurfing and kite surfing. Also 10 minutes drives from Naoussa, we found them a bit too crowded and not that clean, but we liked sunset by Siparos. Bearing the tales of mistral winds that Venetian ships were carrying in the past,  Siparos has a lovely sea setting and Mediteranean cuisine with a twist.

4. Some of our favourite beach bars in Paros is though further 20minutes drive from Naoussa: Zazala on Parasporos beach is fabulous to spend the full day to sunset and could be paired with an evening in Parikia or simply a day where you catch the ferry from Parikia to Mykonos, Naxos or some further island hopping.

And whilst Zazala has great snacks and drinks, we opted for lunch at Parasporos Tavern for lunch, a hearty lunch with aubergines, Greek salad, souvlaki and saganaki.

5. Arodo restaurant and beach bar: quaint beach spot with the loveliest team; in 2025 we picked it for my mum’s nameday celebrations – Maria, Pannos, Iorgos August 15th is one popular date, fireworks in Parikia and lots of celebrations all around bear that in mind. Usually there’s a ferry from Parikia right at the Arodo and thereafter Marcelo beach; we loved their grilled seabream, the sushi was fresh and amazing and gulped instantly by a certain 9 years old; quinoa salad very refreshing, whilst the Malagousia house rose fantastic. We ended up staying with friends and swimming by their loveliest bay the whole afternoon, more wine and some fantastic tiramisu very fit for beach nameday celebrations! The kids played well into the evening, hard to wrap up!

6. New door to Arodo in case you struggle with sunbeds, there’s Krios lounge, they like to keep it spontaneous – much appreciated in the month of August where all beach bars seem to be booked up months in advance. Some good cocktails and a friendly team, we tested the salads, the ceviche and calamari as well, all fine especially if you don’t manage to get a spot at Crios or Arodo.

7. And if you are after the parties, fab Djs lined up, neat food and managed to book weeks in advance, then there’s Crios Beach Bar. In 2025 we had to content ourselves with dancing and cocktails.

8. Faragas beach bar must be our favourite in Paros, a bit further though, 30 minutes from Naoussa and 20 minutes away from Parikia on the south coast. Small bay overlooking Sikinos island, Faragas beach bar is Barbarossa owned, so do expect great music cocktails and food.

We were back in 2025 and the kids adored the sushi, we loved the mussels and marvelled at the Crystal vase servings. Sunbeds could be problematic in August unless booked weeks in advance, we were lucky to find but ach puffs and to convince Faragas team to look after our friends mum, sunbeds and wine! Kids splashed the whole day and explored few bays, the clothes boutique is cute and very tempting, a fine beach day with friends.

9. Punda Beach Club if you are after lounges, a pool, restaurant and seaside party. We found the swimming great in here and lunch easy and yum.

10. CABANA beach club close to Parikia town, great cocktails, snacks, fresh juices appetizers and music.

11. Parikia, not just Paros island’s capital but home to charming laneways and epic sunsets. We loved strolling on its streets, picking up figs, cuddling cats and sipping gaspacho and rose in Daphne’s beautiful courtyard.

12. But best of Paros beach clubs are actually on Antiparos, a 10 minutes ferry away, running every 30 minutes. The Beach House sits beautifully by the cove of Apantima, one of island’s best sheltered beach. It’s fun, chilled and cosmopolitan, the kids adored it.

13. Family run business, Zeppos spoiled us with the best sailing afternoon in little crowded spots by Naoussa bay. Pannos took us through the bays and churches history, prepared fresh local snacks and wined us with Paros rose at abundance, some great swimming, jumping and snorkelling spots. We wish we had time for the sunset cruise as well but definitely this was one of the highlights Paros 2025, we will be back! Monastiri and the Sands of Turkey the most amazing by boat!

14. We saved the best for the last, the SOROS Beach Club on Antiparos is a must: a quiet long stretch of shore, fun chillout area and lots of gastronomic Japanese-Mediterranean fusion treats, saxophone and DJ, the lounge is vibrant .

We stayed at Stagones luxury villas in Abelas sea side fisherman village, just 10 minutes drive from Naoussa. August is a busy time for Paros and if one has the flexibility, May, June and September are gentler on the budget and chilling in absence of the crowds.

We paired Paros holidays with hedonistic Mykonos – in 2025 and 2022, we couldn’t get enough of these gem islands, the highlight of our summer ! In 2023 we paired Mykonos with Antiparos – read all about in here about our favourite beach and party spots in Mykonos; all about Ornos Mykonos in here;  or best of Greeks island hopping Santorini and Elounda beach in Crete.

For more European party islands, we wrote extensively about Ibiza with kids or without. Or if you fancy unspoilt Balearics, check out our Best restaurants in Menorca, a long time favourite! And for sailing in gorgeous Ionian islands, party adventures or family edition, head here
